		<description>Justin,
I wanted to share with you something I have been doing to improve my subconscious mind. You see, once I finally began to understand and experience of the subconscious mind I began to look upon t as my enemy. After all, it was my subconscious mind that was causing all of my self-sabotage.

What I know now, is that my subconscois is only doing what it has been programmed to do. Upon further reflection, I now recognize that my subconscious is completely loving and commited to me. It does not know good from bad, only what is programmed.

Now I am grateful for the love and dedication, and I am amazed at the exactness of the result. I thank my subconscious for it's efforts and simply give it a new assignment. It's a daily practice that is so much more satisfying than going into a battle I am likely to lose.

Thanks for everything.
