  1. Which Manifestation Meditation audio should I listen to first? –         Answer:  In my personal opinion you should listen to the Alpha sessions once a day from Monday to Friday and then relax and listen to the Theta sessions on weekends to give your brain new stimuli.  Since Alpha waves are so dominant in our sleep and just waking hours, they tend to be the overall best brain waves to entrain for day to day meditation. 

    • SECRET:  This Alpha wave state is also the reason infomercials are playing during your sleeping and just waking hours…IF you are still in front of the TV — you will buy more easily!

    • Theta is more relaxing so leave it for when you don’t have much to do, like the weekends.

  2. What are those whispers I hear?  Are you programming me to obey you or something?Answer:  These whispers you hear are actually commands being implanted into your subconscious mind through repetition so that your brain thinks more successfully and without ANY doubts.  Remember, like many people, I was not the most confident person around.  Especially with my childhood and lack of formal education.  Here are the commands…

    • You have charisma that attracts opportunity. 

    • You let go of negative emotions and are filled with positive thoughts of the future. 

    • You are in charge of your life. 

    • You are happy, healthy and optimistic. 

    • You feel safe, optimistic and loved.

  3. How do I focus on my daily desire?  I have so much to think about and so much going on in my life, what do I focus on?  Answer:  Wow, do I know this feeling!  I know it’s hard at first, but what you need to do is think about 1 desire a day -OR- 1 desire for a week!  Yes, the reason is simple.  When your brain is certain about attracting a very specific thing, you will find that it will come to you at lightning speed.  After all isn’t it better to get 1 thing you want than to attract nothing at all because your brain is too scattered and not focused on the 1 thing?

Justin, can I just meditate using my Manifestation Meditation Audios and I will attract everything I want?Answer:  At first I thought my staff was playing a joke on me when I received this question, but a lot of people think this way about the Law of Attraction.  Let me ask you this… Can you meditate on food and water and it will somehow appear inside your stomach?  No!  Of course not.  Manifestation Meditation and the Mind Evolution Inner Circle Club are designed to help you achieve success easier and to attract whatever you desire with ease.  Here’s what tends to happen…

    • New opportunities will open up to you when they have been beyond your reach before, but you must take action and have faith!

    • You will attract new friends and loving partners into your life, but you have to open up to them and welcome them in.

    • Wealth will seem to be at your fingertips, but you cannot have it unless you meet it half way.  I mean, if an extra $5,000 is available to you to do something you love doing and it will be easy and fun.  Will you say, “No, I’ll just wait for it to be attracted into my bank account.”  I highly doubt you will say that.

    • Doors will open to the things you desire, but YOU have to take action and get it.

    hello…i was wondering what is the best time to listen to the alpha cd….morning.?……night?….and can i over do it? i have other subliminal cd’s for specific problems in my life that i listen to before i go to bed….is this too much???

    Hi Justin, I ‘ve started this new role of being a more conscious and happy person for many years. And I was into this by many ways. First with Joseph Murphy when I was 14. Last Year I went to a Bob Proctor’s meeting here in São Paulo, Brazil.
    An yes, it’s so eay when you are alone, yet when people don’t stand at the same level, it’s very difficult to mantain what I want to achieve. And that is whyy I am sure about what you are talking about. My 2 brains working together with permanent support, without letting my backgroung be forgotten and a friend to stand by me if I ever have some doubt. Thanks, I know that I can make it! I am listening to the Alpha Music and it seems that my cells brain “do” something instead o f working hard….well I’ll let you know how I am going so I can share my journey with you!

    Hey Greg, my opinion is to keep them separate. Space out these audios in the day to give your brain enough time to level out, adapt and relax. However, my personal advice would be to focus on addressing one problem at a time, not just all at once. It may be a bit too much. Morning is the best for me though on Alpha.

    Way to go Doriana! Keep up the great work with the Alpha sessions.

    Hi there Justin!
    Only just got the meditations acouple of days ago.@ quick questions:
    1) Albeit at a slower rate perhaps - will the audios still work even if i only get to listen to them for example every 2nd day ?
    2)Will the meditations still work to some degree if used whilst doings other things such as listening to the auidos whilst being on the computer surfing or working etc.I`m sure focusing soely on your desire whilst just listening to the audios is the optimal situation - but if i dont have the time to do that on a particular day is it worth my while having the audios on whilst also focusing to some degree on something else?Hope that makes sense,thanks Robert.

    Hi Robert,

    It makes perfect sense. Yes, the meditations will work even IF you use them every other day or so. As long as you use them. That is the main thing.

    Each meditation session is a self contained period of tapping into your potential and attracting your desires.

    As for working while doing them, well these were not designed to be used while your brain is preoccupied. Many of the other audios in the Inner Circle Club are designed to be used while working but not the Manifestation Meditation ones.

    You CAN use it, but you may find you become more relaxed while you’re trying to work. So that may not be the best time to use it. Try it a few times and see. IF you feel to relaxed then just pick a time every couple days to focus on a session. OH, and you can use it for short periods too even if its not the whole audio.

    Hi Justin,
    I love this product! Similar to what the others have been asking, i’m wondering about overuse. Is it okay to listen to the Alpha or Theta in the morning and at bedtime? What if i fall asleep listening to them, does this negate any benefit? Sometimes my mind wanders while listening to them. How important is it to constantly focus on what i want to manifest while listening to the audio?

    With the other audios (like creative focus) if i’m doing something that takes longer than the audio, can i play it 2 or 3 times while i’m writing copy or whatever creative thing i’m attempting?

    Hi Jennifer,

    Nah, I’ve never experienced overuse with the meditation tracks since they have more of a calming effect.

    The thing is since you ARE a Inner Circle member, I will tell you the IQ and memory audios CAN be overused as they have a VERY strong and permanent effect on your brain.

    Don’t worry though you wont need or want to use them that much in one day though.

    Falling asleep on calming tracks is normal and wont hurt you.

    Focus is a big deal. As I release more in depth meditation tracks it will be important to do more than focus. Right now focus is definitely the plan…at least for a few days of the week. The other days you CAN just release and “let go.” Try not to wander but visualize already being and achieving those desires.

    Haha, smart cookie! My copywriter listens to the creativity track almost all the time like 5 times a day. No wonder his copy converts so high. LOL…!

    Yes use those tracks as you see fit…it was designed for EXACTLY that…while working.

    From now on I’ll note whether its a focus on the track or use it while working type of track.

    Dear Justin,

    I have some queries despite reading through all the FAQs. Can you clarify?

    1) When you say “focus on daily desire”, does it mean I can focus on my dream as a whole eg. visualising my ideal life or does it mean I need to break down my dreams into step-by-step goals & just focus on 1 goal?

    2) The headphone versus headphone-free version of Alpha or Theta are different in length of time. Does it matter which one we use? Is there a recommended usage?

    3) You mention that we can use it for short periods too even if its not the whole audio. Is there a certain time limit before it is deem effective enough? Eg. if we play for 15mins instead of playing the whole 30mins (headphone version) Alpha audio, is this alright too?

    4) What is the difference between the Alpha & Theta audios since both helps us in focusing? Can I use them while I am jogging?

    5) I have been listening to some hypnosis audios at bedtime as it was recommended that it is alright to fall asleep while listening to it for it will still benefit the subscious mind. Since Intensive Focus & Creative Focus audios are designed to be used while “working” & not focusing, can I use them in the same way ie. when I am sleeping?

    I just purchased your meditiation mp3 and Im hoping change is in the future. I just found out that I will be getting laid off again and I hope that this will not effect me paying my monthly dues so I can keep going forward. But in case it starts interferring with my ability to survive there was mention of 100% satisfaction and what are the requirements if I need to cancel?

    I really hope this is not just a bunch of words to help you make money because one thing our family and most of Michigan needs is a positivie outlook and real things happening.

    I also believe that seperating the mp3’s help determine which ones to use first Im kinda confused but I know I will eventually figure it out. Thanks

    Roseline…do not sleep while listening to tracks designed for while you are working. The difference in the Alpha and Theta are the brainwaves they entrain.

    Theta is a wave best suited for VERY relaxed situations. Alpha is better for more awake sessions.

    Tell you all what, I’ll add some more FAQs and get more of this stuff answered up top too!

    Hi
    I’ve recently started studying again and found it very difficult to hold all the new information in my brain.
    Then I came a cross your sound meditations and they’ve been helping me a lot. Especially the one for studying, reading and working.
    My question is; how many times a day is it advised to listen to them?
    I’ve once listen to it twice on a loop, as I 1st felt it was very helpful, but by the second time, it was not doing eyry good. I have a lot of new material to go through now and wondering what would be the advisable amount to listen to in a day?

    I must say I am enjoying my MM sessions very much. I am finding that I am becoming more confident in myself, and Im getting things done … I used to put everything off! There are definite changes going on.

    I have just one question at the moment.

    1. When using Alpha, in my mind I see answers to certain things concerening my desire, things I dont even thing about in normal state. I see them actually develop, although Im not actually thinking about that part of my desire. Is this usual?

    I just became a member the other day! I do have a question if you could take time to answer. I have listened to the Alpha the last 2 nights now. The first night the headphone free (which is longer for some reason???) and last night (on my 30th birthday :-)). I am starting a new business which should launch tomorrow. So I am picturing everything from phone calls, my desk, orders coming in, looking at bank statement, seeing my new car outside, etc. And really concentrating on a specific amount of money coming in for next month. However, I find myself drifting off sometimes and thinking about “negative” thoughts, other stressors in my life. I try and quickly pull back to my “positive” movie in my head. But am I attracting the negative things that pop in while I am listening to the cd? 20-30 minutes of staying focused without any other stress in life popping up in thought is to me difficult.
    I know all about quantum physics “what the bleep”, The Secret, and I fall asleep listening to binuarual beats with my voice recorded subliminally in the background. I have a “life board” of pictures, I have a check written out to myself from my company for a certain amount and taped to my bathroom mirror, etc. My hardest part was not allowing the negative voices to creep into my day, which is I am sure the hardest part for everyone.
    *Am I attracting anything negative into my life while I meditate while listening to the cds? (again 20-30 minutes of not allowing a negative thougt to creep up is naturally a bit hard to do)
    * Why are the 2 mp3s different in length (headphone v. headphone free)?

    I have one question. I listening MM and visualize my dreams as an holographic experience every morning and every night…
    But… when entering this state, although i don’t sleep, i found it veeery difficult to focus on the same though again and again because of my mind wandering and beggining to enter medium sleep-state.
    As fast i notice that, i redirect my mind again on my desire, but it seem to take me off the Alpha state and returning slightly on Beta because of the concentration required.
    Know what i mean ?

    Is it “wrong” (i know nothing is wrong really but i’d say “less efficient”) if my mind wander, forgetting my desire and almost sleep ?
    Or is it a very good way to “plant the seed” in the subconscious since he’s (subconscious) already know what i want to reach ?

    I wonder about and perharps you could share your opinion about please.

    Thanks for these cool tools for empowerment. I’ve been listening to the Alpha mp3 each morning upon arising whilst still in bed for a month now. I find it a great way to start my day and feel more optimistic for sure.

    Question: However, I just downloaded my month 2 recording, and I was wondering if this is the one I am supposed to listen to each morning instead of the Alpha 30-minute meditation manifestation mp3? Do the monthly recordings replace the manifestation meditation or work in conjunction with them, i.e., continue the Alpha 30-minute meditation indefinitely and utilize these monthly mp3’s whilst working on computer, studying, etc.?

    I hope I’ve stated my question clearly. Thanks again. I love positive tools such as these!

    It’s been a busy month so I’ve been a bit sidetracked by other things but of course I haven’t forgotten about you all. Just been strategizing the next batch of audios and any other goodies I can add to the mix to help everyone make the most of their Manifestation Meditation membership.

    Anyway here goes…

    Damien — Don’t worry about getting your focus perfected…it happens to EVERYONE, even me, that I get ideas and excited about other things while meditating on a goal. Plant the seed and when some things pop into your mind, don’t fight them, they’re there for a reason. When you’ve spent enough time on a goal, when it comes to mental focus AND you are already under way in taking action on it…then it’s quite alright to let go and think about other things. Your goals and desires tend to be reached faster that way.

    Andrea — First of all…WAY TO GO! You are making it happen, taking action on your desires and DOING something is more than most people do! Now as for negative thoughts…they are natural…but you have to do as my good friend Rasheed Ali says, be a little cocky about your goals…believe than NOTHING is beyond your reach and go into the “movie state” I talk about in the Power Up Guide for that half hour. You’ll find it difficult for negative thoughts or self doubts to creep in…AND…you’ll combat and conquer any negative thoughts that manage to enter instantly.

    Linda — Manifestation Meditation is your staple. Use it at least once a day for 30 days and then you can back off unless you have more important desires and goals to attract. The Alpha sessions are not to be replaced by “most” of the monthly programs. Those are intended to be used as you work OR…depending on any special instructions, while at rest. As the months progress, there WILL be more advanced meditation tracks…those WILL replace your Alpha sessions, depending on your needs.

    I recently enrolled and received all the mp3s. I have been trying to be positive for the last 3 years when I was introduced to books by cucan pemo and also the message of a master. From then I thought the theories are good but not seemed to work. Then I was introduced to Mike Dooley and a lot of his stuff made sense and helped out, specially the 5 minute a day meditation and letting go, but its still not enough.
    I started with your mp3s of meditation which i use every morning but for some reason I have been getting really depressed while listening to them and also I get invaded by negative thoughts which weren’t as bad before.
    Could you help me on this, has this happened before or am i doing something not right?

    Can I ask you something more personal?

    Is there some struggle you are experiencing right now in your life?

    You see, the reason I ask is that a few years back I launched a product and that product was so successful I had tons of buyers! (great problem to have right?)

    Well as it turns out, not so good. You see, that was also when spam filters were really horrible and whenever someone submitted a support ticket and asked for help or a refund or whatever, our responses were being blocked by spam filters.

    So what happened? People got online and screamed bloody murder and that I was a scammer and so forth.

    All I wanted to do at the time was curl up and hide because I was so embarrassed and also so hurt that I was trying to help people with my product yet they were blasting me online relentlessly!

    I tried applying the Law of Attraction and some of my meditations, but the magnitude of what I was involved in kept my mind in a negative state…constantly.

    Finally, after I realized it was far beyond my control, I let go, I let people say what they wanted and stopped fighting them and after a while it slowed down. Then once I let go of these negative thoughts, my income exploded!

    My business keeps growing despite the negativity…and as it turns out, there are websites online right now that use my name to either make money or attract negative comments for the search engines to drive more traffic to their sites.

    They even offered me to remove my negative stuff for a 5-Figure prices. I refused to pay that.

    Believe in your destiny despite the odds, believe in yourself and ignore outside influences. The hardest part of self improvement is self control and mostly control over your own mind.

    I’m getting extremely frustrated Justin. Sometimes I’ll listen to the alpha sessions and it’ll make me so amazing, so happy and give me so much more energy. Other times it won’t do anything. Sometimes it’ll take a week or more before it works again, and it’ll only work for a few days at the moment. The highs and lows are so exhausting and frustrating.

    I’ve tried to figure out the missing link, but I can’t find it. Recently I’ve been listening to the track, and really focussing on the music, and that seemed to work and I felt amazing for a few days, and then it faded. I’d appreciate it if you could spread any light on this. For example, can I expect to feel good all the time from the tracks? Or is it only possible to feel good one or two days a week.

    Hi Steven! You sound just like me…but don’t worry I gotcha covered.

    Let me ask you…do you feel like there is something bursting out of you and it seems like you have no way to fix it? This is why used to happen to me but in Mont # 5 the audios take care of that…

    I didn’t think this would happen so quickly. Feeling good is normal and so is feeling down. IF you are doing other things to cause the feeling down.

    Let’s say, insufficient water intake… I drink .55 x my bodyweight per day in fluid ounces of water.

    Eat a higher protein diet with less carbohydrates. Remember FOOD feeds the BRAIN and has “drug like” effects on it.

    In any case Steven today’s post is dedictate to you and others in the Manifestation family like you…. Look out for it.

    Thanks for the reply Justin…I’m not too sure if it’s anything to do with what I’m eating since I eat ALOT, I mean, I’m a runner so I’m always hungry. Your comment on diet is a little bit incorrect, I don’t mean any disrespect, but the only thing that the brain can actually use as fuel is glucose, so a low carbohydrate diet is actually the last thing I’d need. Although you could be right about the dehydration factor. Don’t get me wrong Justin, I really appreciate what you do, and your advice because these audios really are saving me from myself a lot. I’m not going to go into it here, but I’m a man that always bites more than he can chew, it’s just my style and I don’t always have the energy or personality to handle it, and the meditation tracks help me be who I want to and need to be. It’s just so frustrating when I’ll feel like I’ve always wanted to feel and then a few days later, I’m back to my old boring self.

    I just wasn’t sure if there was something I was doing wrong with the tracks, like if I should switch between alpha and delta, or maybe I’m using the IQ mozart one too much, or maybe I should switch between the headphone free and the normal, or if I’m concentrating on the tracks too much. I don’t know. Basically I’ll try to listen to the alpha one in the morning and the IQ mozart track at night. Sometimes I’ll listen to the alpha tracks when I’m just on the bus, cause I’m bored, and I always want to feel better and be better and do things better. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, and I think you can relate to that. Sorry about this long post, it’s just I have no one else to talk to about this. I sound like a loser, but I swear I’m not!

    To answer your question, yes, there is a bit of struggle.
    I’m a freelancer and have been in between jobs and its sometimes difficult to find one, even so I say to myself its not.
    Had also gone through a breakup.
    Meditation and visualization usually helps, but its since I listen to the mp3s that I get depressed.

    I have been quite scientific about it and have read a lot also and keep my times and routines for it but It is starting to feel a bit of a waste of time as I have no fruits to show?

    Frankly, I’m surprised to hear that. Can you tell me what you are judging as “positive changes”?

    Are you focusing on specific intentions and desires? Also, are you taking action on your desires and goals? Focused intentions, Desires and action towards your goals after your Manifestation Meditations is the key.

    Please let me know. I am very concerned about this and would like to know because it can also help many others who may find themselves stuck.

    Hi Kevin,
    I saw your message and it reminded me of the way I feel sometimes. Firstly, like Justin says, one of the most important is to focus on a specific desire. How can you get what you want if you don’t know what that is? When you listen to the alpha tracks and others like that, one of the A1 important things to do is be relaxed when you start listening to them. The tracks won’t affect you as much if you are stressed out. So try this, turn off the lights, close the blinds, windows, doors, etc., and turn off your phone, basically make sure you get no distractions. Just before you listen to the tracks lie down, put your hands by your sides and your feet apart. Start deep breathing, breathe in and feel your stomach expand and then exhale and let it sink back down. Slow your breathing and heartbeat by trying very hard to relax, try to make your body and your mind slow down. When you are in a more relaxed mood, put on the alpha sessions. Now when listening to the alpha sessions try very hard not to move, feel the beats affecting your body, but more importantly focus on a desire. Think about what it is that you want, the more passion you have on it, the better this is. Don’t worry about the process involved to getting to that desire, just imagine yourself getting what you want. I must stress here the need to be positive, try to never think negatively. Now imagine yourself getting what you want, and not just that, but more importantly how it feels. If you desire to make millions of dollars, envision you driving the car you want. Imagine how it feels to be in the car, what it seems like, and what it means to you to be actually achieving what it is that you’ve set out to achieve. Last thing, be grateful for what you already have. If you are grateful for what you already have, then what this will do will make you happier, and the happier you are, the more likely you will be to think positively, and the more likely you will get what you want. This is just the law of attraction.

    So I’ll summarise this post - be relaxed when listing to the alpha sessions, always think positively, imagine how it feels to have what you want not just how it looks to have what you want, and be grateful for what you already have.

    I hope this has helped you a little. Just do those things and your dreams will come true. Even if the law of attraction doesn’t exist you don’t have anything to lose by thinking like this because you’ll be a happier person because you are thinking positively and being grateful for what you have, and this will lead you to work harder at your desire.

    Thanks for that.
    Well, there hasn’t been any negative changes either.
    What I mean by positive changes, is the changes or things I’m visualizing. I’m not asking for very big things just things in general that keep me happy. I tend to visualize happiness as an ultimate goal.
    Money for food, rent, etc.
    I always have this. As I have stated previously, I’m no stranger to laws of attraction etc, as I have read many things on the matter and have applied its teachings to my life.
    I guess what I mean is that, I haven’t had or felt any difference with the audio programmes.
    Since the audio programmes, my visualizations have become more specific and ambitious but so far, its like if I hadn’t been using the audios and just kept on going as I did before.
    I have used them daily and on a stress free zone, as I use the alpha one 1st thing in the morning as I wake up so my brain is free from external sources that might cloud this.
    The IQ on my lunch time or on my way into work.
    And the creative focus when I’m relaxing here and there and intensive focus when I’m working on the computer.

    The thing is, so far, I have done everything you have told me to do, from the relaxing, to the drinking of water, to vision boards, visualizing in a positive manner while listening.
    But so far, I haven’t seen any further changes.
