Self Help With Optimism

Working at home adds certain challenges to any career.  Many entrepreneurs become easily discouraged during minor setbacks.  The successful home business owners are the ones that learn to help themselves and their businesses grow, and they are able to remain optimistic.  Some days this might be easier said than done, but without optimism, there is not any chance you can keep your business successful over the long term.

The benefits of optimism are many:  fight depression, increase weight loss, improve your health, have better relationships, and be more successful in your business ventures.
Don’t miss out on success in your business or your personal life because you lack optimism.  Just as optimism is known to have many benefits, pessimism is known to have many adverse side effects in life—depression, failure, unhappiness, or illness can constantly attack pessimistic people.

Learning to help yourself and learning to be successful takes a large dose of optimism.  Find optimism in many parts of your life:

* Celebrate success—this doesn’t have to be a major event, maybe you succeeded with a small business task like landing a meeting with a new prospective client.
* Enjoy the minor things in life.  Simple things like finding a great parking spot can boost your spirits any day.
* Surround yourself with positive people.  The more positive energy you can put around you, the better you will feel.  If you are optimistic, you will find other optimists drawn to you.

Once you start to focus on being more optimistic, you will see how easily you are able to face each day with a great attitude.  No minor (or major) setbacks will be able to get you down or discouraged.  Have faith in yourself and focus on the positive parts of your life if you want to have more!

What’s The Secret?

What’s the secret to success?  The answer to that question depends on who you ask, really.  But, most successful people would probably agree that the secret to drawing good things and abundance into your life is to be positive in every aspect of your life.

Your subconscious mind and your conscious mind work together to control your thoughts and actions.  Without a certain cohesiveness between these two entities, you will be conflicted and never achieve the levels of success that you deserve or dream of.

The secret to becoming incredibly successful, rich, or happy involves having a far deeper understanding of how you already have the power you need to become what you are hoping for.  There are a few things that are essential to the process:

  1. Focus only on the positive things and control them.
  2. Completely eliminate all negativity in your thinking, and avoid being near people with negative energy.
  3. Approach any obstacle, problem, or minor setback as if it is a beautiful opportunity for you to solve a problem and grow.
  4. Spend time each day visualizing yourself as successful and prosperous.

The true secret to success is simple yet powerful.  Any tiny amount of negativity can completely derail the process, however; so be very mindful of how your subconscious mind is aligned.  You must take an active part in controlling your thoughts, emotions, and attitudes, if you want them to help draw you closer and closer to the level of success you desire.

How To Conquer Self Esteem Problems

At one time or another, nearly everybody experiences a period of poor self esteem. Unfortunately for some, this is a way of life. Others learn to conquer their self esteem problems effectively, and move forward to achieve great things. In fact, many of the most successful people you’ll see are successful because they conquered their own self esteem problems!

There are basically four simple steps to conquering your self esteem problems. Overall, these four steps move you forward to a place of personal growth that allows you to stop worrying about what others think of you and develop a better image of your own self and then promote yourself accordingly. You must learn to ignore the opinions of others, and become proud of yourself, who you are, what you have accomplished, and what you hope to accomplish.

You first need to learn how to affirm yourself. An affirmation is a positive thing that you can say to yourself on a daily basis—or multiple times throughout the day if necessary. A simple phrase that you truly believe, one that reminds you how good you are and that you deserve the best for yourself, just like anyone else. Affirmations help you learn to ignore your perceived opinions of what others think of you, because you learn to believe in yourself.

Find something motivational to read and refer to every day. Some choose daily devotionals, some choose inspirational messages. It doesn’t matter if it is short or long, just make sure you have something in writing to inspire you to keep moving forward on a daily basis. Once you begin, even with something short or small, you will find yourself craving more and reading to grow and learn. Growing and learning have a direct positive impact on your self esteem.

Take a step forward every single day. Identify the events and situations in your life that make you feel poorly about yourself. Each day, make one small step toward conquering that. For example, if you are shy and uncomfortable around new people, you can begin simply by greeting the cashier at the supermarket and making some simple small talk. As you begin to do this and people respond positively to you, you will begin to view yourself in a more positive light and make more attempts at reaching out to new people. And you will feel more secure and confident about it, and you will then be successful at it!

Eliminate negativity. Stop beating yourself up. Stop making derogatory comments about yourself to others. It doesn’t matter if your mother was mean to you. That was a long time ago and it’s time for you to do something for yourself to feel better and more confident. Every time you have a negative thought pop into your head, take a deep breath and say something positive about yourself. Every single time. You will never succeed in life if you let others opinions or actions interfere with your own self esteem and self growth. You can use your affirmations during these times to push out that negativity.

It’s okay if you find yourself feeling a little cocky after these exercises. Everyone is entitled to be proud of themselves. If you can be proud of yourself and your accomplishments, without putting down others to make you feel better, then your self esteem will begin to soar—putting you right in line to achieve your ultimate goals!

This is dedicated to all of my Manifestation Meditation members who are so wonderfully applying the Manifestation Meditation audios and making tremendous changes to their mind’s and their lives!

Most people who begin ANY journey to change their lives often come up against certain un-foreseeable obstacles.

The two main obstacles I’ve seen my members face when embarking on their life changing journey are…

  • No Clear and Defined Purpose
  • Lack of Exercise and Diet

Exercise and Diet may seem weird for you from a “manifestation” standpoint…but hear me out and listen to why.

You see, when your mind is working in synchronicity with the Universe and you feel “enlightened” THAT is when the most progress begins to happen.  The problem is two fold.

First, most of us eat way too many calories, drink way too little pure water, exercise the wrong way and often gorge (unknowingly) on large quantities of carbohydrates.

Additionally, most people do not have a firm sense of purpose OR rather a direction to take “Action” when we are in an enlightened and motivated state.  This is THE biggest cause of failure and misery in self improvement!

Today I want to talk about ACTION… and early next week, I’ll give you my personal view on diet and exercise.  The way millionaires do it…well the ones who are “in the know” anyway.

Having a firm sense of direction is not as simple as most people would have you believe.  For example…

Let’s say you are listening, like most people are, to the Manifestation Meditation audios.  One day you’re okay, the next day you’re obsessed with negative thoughts about what you’re  lacking in your life.

WHY does this happen?

The answer so multidimensional, I honestly cannot go into that much detail here.  So, here’s what I think the main reason is.  You see, the Brainwave Entrainment aspect of the Manifestation Meditation series of audios along with the embedded, positive commands have a VERY big impact on your brain.  After all it’s scientifically tested to work!

So you get a massive BUZZ as you go about your day “as usual.”  BIG problem there…do you see it?

I said, “You get a massive buzz from the Manifestation Meditation audios and then, you go about your day as usual!”

My friends, when you go about your day as usual after you listen to your Manifestation Meditation audio…it’s like it’s like firing a powerful handgun and expecting the bullet to do nothing.  Where do you think the bullet will end up?

Of course!  It will end up wherever you AIM!

So when you listen to your Manifestation Meditations, my first word of advice is to immediately write down (Aim) your ideas and the goals you are going to accomplish for that day.  Keep a notebook and pen or pencil handy.  Then…also write down any BIG ideas you get for whatever.  It could be a new business idea, a new book idea, a new way to solve some problem…maybe a new invention.  The list is really endless.

Remember, you are unlocking the most powerful force on the PLANET!  Your subconscious mind.

Fact is, all the death and destruction you see on earth today is caused by someone’s powerful subconscious mind…the same goes for ALL of the most wonderful and beautiful things as well. That’s another HUGE thing we need to talk about.

In any case, taking action on your ideas and planning out the steps you need to take…then focusing your meditations on those specific steps is one way to both find inner peace for your restless mind and to satisfy your natural human subconscious instinct to make your life better!

Truth is, it is normal to have negative or depressed days…we all have them…BUT it is not normal to keep having them and doing nothing about them.  Why do you think therapists keep making money?  They honestly help others to channel their minds and to focus on what is important.

To achieve greatness and millionaire status like I have…when I came from such humble beginnings, you have to focus on a goal, take action on your ideas (ONE at a time) and keep the positive energy flowing by accomplishing more goals.

Remember, your subconscious mind does not know you have not accomplished or taken action on what it has given you in your last meditation…it only knows that this idea exists.  So if it gave you an idea…make it happen!  If it showed you that you are sitting in a brand new, luxury home…work to make it happen!  All it is telling you is that, THAT reality already exists within your mind…so it CAN exist in your physical existence too!
