This is dedicated to all of my Manifestation Meditation members who are so wonderfully applying the Manifestation Meditation audios and making tremendous changes to their mind’s and their lives!
Most people who begin ANY journey to change their lives often come up against certain un-foreseeable obstacles.
The two main obstacles I’ve seen my members face when embarking on their life changing journey are…
- No Clear and Defined Purpose
- Lack of Exercise and Diet
Exercise and Diet may seem weird for you from a “manifestation” standpoint…but hear me out and listen to why.
You see, when your mind is working in synchronicity with the Universe and you feel “enlightened” THAT is when the most progress begins to happen. The problem is two fold.
First, most of us eat way too many calories, drink way too little pure water, exercise the wrong way and often gorge (unknowingly) on large quantities of carbohydrates.
Additionally, most people do not have a firm sense of purpose OR rather a direction to take “Action” when we are in an enlightened and motivated state. This is THE biggest cause of failure and misery in self improvement!
Today I want to talk about ACTION… and early next week, I’ll give you my personal view on diet and exercise. The way millionaires do it…well the ones who are “in the know” anyway.
Having a firm sense of direction is not as simple as most people would have you believe. For example…
Let’s say you are listening, like most people are, to the Manifestation Meditation audios. One day you’re okay, the next day you’re obsessed with negative thoughts about what you’re lacking in your life.
WHY does this happen?
The answer so multidimensional, I honestly cannot go into that much detail here. So, here’s what I think the main reason is. You see, the Brainwave Entrainment aspect of the Manifestation Meditation series of audios along with the embedded, positive commands have a VERY big impact on your brain. After all it’s scientifically tested to work!
So you get a massive BUZZ as you go about your day “as usual.” BIG problem there…do you see it?
I said, “You get a massive buzz from the Manifestation Meditation audios and then, you go about your day as usual!”
My friends, when you go about your day as usual after you listen to your Manifestation Meditation audio…it’s like it’s like firing a powerful handgun and expecting the bullet to do nothing. Where do you think the bullet will end up?
Of course! It will end up wherever you AIM!
So when you listen to your Manifestation Meditations, my first word of advice is to immediately write down (Aim) your ideas and the goals you are going to accomplish for that day. Keep a notebook and pen or pencil handy. Then…also write down any BIG ideas you get for whatever. It could be a new business idea, a new book idea, a new way to solve some problem…maybe a new invention. The list is really endless.
Remember, you are unlocking the most powerful force on the PLANET! Your subconscious mind.
Fact is, all the death and destruction you see on earth today is caused by someone’s powerful subconscious mind…the same goes for ALL of the most wonderful and beautiful things as well. That’s another HUGE thing we need to talk about.
In any case, taking action on your ideas and planning out the steps you need to take…then focusing your meditations on those specific steps is one way to both find inner peace for your restless mind and to satisfy your natural human subconscious instinct to make your life better!
Truth is, it is normal to have negative or depressed days…we all have them…BUT it is not normal to keep having them and doing nothing about them. Why do you think therapists keep making money? They honestly help others to channel their minds and to focus on what is important.
To achieve greatness and millionaire status like I have…when I came from such humble beginnings, you have to focus on a goal, take action on your ideas (ONE at a time) and keep the positive energy flowing by accomplishing more goals.
Remember, your subconscious mind does not know you have not accomplished or taken action on what it has given you in your last meditation…it only knows that this idea exists. So if it gave you an idea…make it happen! If it showed you that you are sitting in a brand new, luxury home…work to make it happen! All it is telling you is that, THAT reality already exists within your mind…so it CAN exist in your physical existence too!

That’s a very tough question, “Will the Law of Attraction work for you?” The short answer to this question is, yes. However, it’s really not quite that simple. Basically, you can rely on the Law of Attraction only so much, but it’s not some sort of magical mystical cure-all. There is a fair amount of work that needs to be done by you in order for the Law of Attraction to truly work for you.
First, you begin by completely reprogramming your subconscious and conscious minds. You must have an open mind, and a positive mindset. Your subconscious mind power is very strong, but you must allow it to use its full strength. You must be open to receiving the abundance and wealth that is available. If you cannot do this, then the Law of Attraction will not work for you.
After you change your mindset, you need to begin to spot the opportunities that present themselves to you. This is often the first workings of the Law of Attraction in your life. Missing these opportunities or not recognizing them, means they can easily pass you by. These opportunities may be for wealth, health, spiritual growth, whatever. Not taking them is denying the Law of Attraction the ability to work for you.
When you begin to take these opportunities that are presented to you, because of your open mind and positive mindset you will begin to see successes that you have not before experienced. Taking action by seizing these opportunities is hard work, but well worth it when you understand that the opportunities have presented themselves because of your manifestation and you see the personal growth that results.
Using the Law of Attraction and manifestation as strategies to improve the abundance in your life has never been easier. You must clearly define exactly what it is that you want, and completely focus on being able to get that or achieve it. The positive mindset will draw opportunities to you, and you must be able to recognize those opportunities and take immediate action. Pay close attention to others that have a life that you want for yourself. Study exactly what it is that they do. You must learn to mimic those actions, while still focusing on your positive mindset. You must never give up. There is no limit to what you can achieve, once you set your mind to it!
You must understand that this process is not a simple one. But, this process truly does work very well when used properly, and it can be the key to unlocking your ability for self help and self improvement. If you are not willing to do the work, well, maybe that’s the entire reason you don’t have anything that you want. But, if you are willing to work hard, keep a positive mindset, look for opportunities, and take action, then the Law of Attraction will definitely work for you. Your personal growth depends on this! You will see results that you have previously only dreamed of.

The Law of Attraction, simply put, means that “like attracts like.” Applied to thinking and spirituality, this idea applied means that, in general, positive thoughts attract positive results, and negative thoughts attract negative results.
This idea applies to even the subconscious, a person does not have to actively take any action in a positive or negative direction to have this “law” apply. Basically, the Law of Attraction states that you will get what you think about, and that your thoughts have a powerful effect on your experiences.
The ideas raised by the Law of Attraction are sometimes controversial. For example, how can two people want for the same thing and get it? Or, when bad things happen to good people, did they “ask for it?” These types of questions and controversies seem to weaken the ideas behind the Law of Attraction, but they are essentially over-generalizations of the ideas.
The Law of Attraction would not suggest that you can control another person’s thoughts or their reality. You are only in charge of your own. This means you can only affect your own reality, and how much the Law of Attraction can help you. Worrying about how others have certain things happen to them only interferes with your own ability to use positive thinking to make positive changes for your own life.
You have the power to create your own reality, according to the Law of Attraction. This power is neutral by design. The Law of Attraction applies just as powerfully to negative thoughts as it does to positive ones. You must choose which experiences you want to attract, and then focus all of your energies on having those experiences manifest themselves in your life. Not fully embracing the ideas behind the Law of Attraction, and not truly focusing on obtaining the results you hope for can lead to confusion and ambivalence.
The Law of Attraction is already applying to your life. If you are finding yourself struggling with difficult issues one day, and experiencing success on another, then start concentrating on the power of the Law of Attraction. Exclude the negative thoughts and actions that are bringing the negative results, and refocus that energy on to positive thinking. Watch your new reality unfold before your eyes with the power of positive thinking.
Positive thinking can result in improved self-esteem and self image. The subconscious mind power that we all possess can bring about very welcome changes. Whether you are experiencing hard times or brilliant success, your life experiences can be made better just by applying the Law of Attraction to your own thinking.
To get started using the Law of Attraction, begin by becoming very, very clear about what you want and what you hope for. Concentrate fully on this desire. Visualize yourself obtaining this or reaching this level in your life. Focus on your desire, and expect it.
Then, sit back and wait for it to happen. Block out any feelings of frustration, any idea that you don’t deserve it, any thoughts that “it probably won’t happen.” These are things that significantly interfere with the workings of the Law of Attraction, although keep in mind that they apply directly, because you will be inviting the negative results!

Brainwave entrainment is a technology that uses pulses or patterned sounds to synchronize your brainwaves, optimizing them and allowing you to have a happier and healthier life. Brainwave entrainment can improve productivity, and takes only minutes per day.

I have a confession to make…
A few months ago, I was launching several
new marketing campaigns for my various
businesses.
Instead of listening to my Manifestation
Meditation, I slacked off and just went
ahead with my day and figured, “Heck, I
been doing this long enough I can attract
what I desire already.”
So that’s what I did.
I went through my days, “naked” so to speak.
Feeding myself these “mental narcotics” for
thoughts.
That month was a VERY big month for me,
I made more sales and income than most of my
previous months!
*** BIG Problem… ***
When it was all said and done, I had
generated close to half a million bucks!
Problem is, I had a massive loss of over
$70,000 in income!
Aargh…Ugh! What did I do wrong?
I asked myself that question over and over
for a week until one night while I hurriedly
walked “Hatch” my dog, it struck me like
a 10 ton mack truck!
You see, there I was feeding myself these
“mental narcotic” thoughts of all of the things I had
to get done and how fast I had to get them
done and the next thing and the next thing
and the next…
I soon realized that I was hurrying through my
life that month, never stopping to meditate,
never stopping to think and focus on the
big picture.
SURE…I attracted everything I wanted…but
also what I DID NOT want as well.
When I use my Manifestation Meditation, I tend
to clear the path to getting the right things
out of my business activities.
I realized that I was no longer the little
homeless boy or the sheet rock installer who was
using Manifestation Meditation to attract my
desires.
I had become the “millionaire” who was using
Manifestation Meditation to attract different
desires.
I was in a different playing field and I was
not humble enough to stick with what had
worked for me before.
My mind *could* get me anything without using it
at this point…but at each level of achievement
I was only scratching the surface of what the
Manifestation Meditations could do for me!
The lessons I learned and wrote down were…
– Use your Manifestation Meditations daily,
if even for a short while.
– Take your time and don’t rush your success
each month, but DO act and get things done
properly.
– Enjoy your achievements and celebrate the
small victories because they are what build the
foundation of your ultimate success!
Those are just some thoughts I wanted to share
with you.
I know they can help you if you practice them.
OH yeah! The next month after my loss, I made less
money but DOUBLE the profits! I was super happy…
and I DID use my Manifestation Meditation.
You’re never too big to keep your energy in
check my friend.

There’s concern in some corners of the U.S. military about “enemy activities in sleep research,” neuro-pharmaceutical performance enhancement, and “brain-computer interfaces.”
And it’s not coming from the Pentagon’s scientific fringe, or from some tin-hat kook with a Defense Department badge. The celebrated scientists on the Pentagon’s most prestigious scientific advisory panel, JASON, are the ones worried about adversaries’ ability “to exploit advances in Human Performance Modification, and thus create a threat to national security.”
In a recent report, unearthed by Secrecy News, the JASONs are recommending that the American military push ahead with its own performance-enhancement research — and monitor foreign studies — to make sure that the U.S.’ enemies don’t suddenly become smarter, faster, or better able to endure the harsh realities of war than American troops.
The JASONs are particularly concerned about (and excited by) new drugs that promote “brain plasticity” — rewiring the mind, essentially, by helping to “permanently establishing new neural pathways, and thus new cognitive capabilities.” The military has already tested these neuro-modulators as a way to keep troops alert after sleepless nights.
But these new drugs will certainly have extensive off-label use for improvement of memory and cognitive performance. [They] may have the additional effect of weakening or overwriting existing memories. Depending on the ultimate performance of these drugs, adversaries might use them in training programs or field operations… to increase troop effectiveness or modify troop behavior and/or emotional responses.
The scientific group also wants the military to keep close watch on the hardware and software which connects the human brain to machines. American researchers have used these brain-computer interfaces to develop new prosthetics — and to train monkeys to control robotic limbs. Northrop Grumman just won a Pentagon contract to develop binoculars that will tap the subconscious mind. The JASONs believe “the primary threat potential for adversarial use of a Brain-Computer interface…
…may arise in a feedback mode, in which a the interface provides a soldier with a simple signal or a pain/pleasure pulse in response to externally provided situational information. Longer term adversarial developments may include prosthetic applications providing specialized sensory input or mechanical output.
None of this is likely to happen soon, of course. Even the most basic of these advances — a drug to effectively, consistently fight sleep deprivation — still isn’t ready for wartime. “If an opposing force had a significant sleep advantage, this would pose a serious threat. However, the technical likelihood of such a development is small at present,” the JASONs note.
But since “existing neuro-pharmaceuticals” are “used rather commonly… as study aids.” And since “the US military will certainly test whether, and to what extent, the new lessons of neuroscience can be used in military training… it is reasonable to expect that adversaries will do so as well. We do not expect the development of super-soldiers as a result of improved training, although enhanced military capability can certainly be expected.”
While it is possible to improve athletic performance using supplements, or banned substances (e.g the former East German sports teams), such improvements often are either small in effect, highly variable from individual to individual, or dependent on coordination with highly disciplined training regimes. As a result, the tactical advantage that might be gained by any adversary employing supplements is not likely to be overwhelming in general operations. Special circumstances, as in the use of khat in Somalia, can however contribute to unexpected enemy behavior. Therefore it is important for the US to establish and maintain awareness of adversaries’ uses of performance modifying substances (either as part of local culture, or officially established military policy).
